Meet our executive chef
A native of Switzerland, Peter Haubi grew up enjoying family gatherings that centered on an appreciation of good food, and from the age of 7 he knew he wanted to be a chef. His career has taken him to positions in the United States, Canada, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and India, and he has served state dinners for the Queen of England and every president from Jimmy Carter to George W.
